Are you ready to make a donut-shaped teddy bear amigurumi? Let’s not forget the cream on top of the amigurumi bear’s head. If you take a look at the test products of the crocheted bear, you’ll see that it’s usually made using a soft-textured yarn. My preference for making this toy will be velvet yarn. Because the toy is small, but I want its texture to be soft. However, I don’t prefer a fuzzy texture either. When it comes to the color issue, things get a bit complicated here.
If you’re going to make an eye-catching donut bear, you’ll need more than 7 colors for it. If you’re actively making amigurumi toys, you probably have leftover yarn from previous toys. This could be a good opportunity to make use of those yarns. The recommended crochet hook size when making the toy is 3.5mm. It will be sufficient to make the donut bear’s eyes and nose using yarn.
