I realized today that I’ve never shared a spider amigurumi before. Although I have shared a few insect amigurumi patterns before, amigurumi spider toys have a special place for me. I am particularly fond of the Spider-Man character. If you wish, you can also download the spider-man pattern as a pdf. Although the Amigurumi spider has an easy design, it has quite a lot of legs. This can be a little boring. It is also very important that the legs of the crocheted spider are symmetrical, so it must be done carefully.
I think it is a very right choice to use safety eyes in the eyes of the Amigurumi spider. In this way, the appearance of the amigurumi toy is much more realistic. If you had made eyes with thread, the amigurumi toy might not have looked so elegant.
